remember a long time ago i told you about a store that carried things that looked almost like they came out of anthropologie? but they were available in up to size 3X? right – that was a store called ruche. i’m excited to find out that they now also have a bridal line and a line of dresses that would totally be awesome for bridesmaid dresses. (shouts out to ashe for the tip!)
bloomingdale’s is hands down one of my most favorite places to shop. almost everything i’ve ever purchased at bloomingdale’s has lasted for years, which is why it’s important to understand the quality you’re getting when you pay a higher price. another thing to know about bloomingdale’s is that they have phenomenal sales. i even have a sales lady named fanny who pre-sales things for me (as in, they tell me they’re having a sale in a few days, give me the sales price, and then i come back and pick up the items after they go on sale). that’s good service! and that being said, they have REALLY good sales.
forever21 plus has this bodycon striped skirt that will be just perfect this summer. i rock mine with a pair of little bike shorts underneath, and you can have the freedom to act like you’re wearing pants. almost. except you’ll feel like you’re azealia banks switchin down the street in a pair of converse and braided pigtails. or maybe you’ll wear it with a pair of boots and really turn it out. what would you pair this with? i mean for $13.80 … you might as well! xoxo nettaP email this post
here are things i’ve spotted in the elena miro woman ss 2012 video: a lot of florals in black and white print silky suit separates, some in metallic muted army green colors a set of dresses and pencil skirts and blouses in red, pinks and purples a cocktail dress or two (strapless and one shoulder) skinny red belts accentuating waists large polka dot prints a tuxedo blouse with an interesting polka dot print down the front stripes (pencil skirt suit) a set of pieces in gold and one under-stated sequin number (as understated as sequins can be!) what do you see? i see lots of things i would wear. {photos: italian vogue} thanks to beyond sizes for the tip-off on the video’s availability.
